30 Stories for 30 Years: Chapter 16– The Rules of the Game

The Second Annual Summit on Sports Betting and Gambling was an integral part of the 31st National Conference on Problem Gambling this past week in Portland, OR.

The Summit brought together key stakeholders to explore the issues in the burgeoning national debate about the further legalization of sports gambling, including critical consumer protection issues such as problem gambling.  PPAGer Bill Pascrell, III (BPIII), along with other experts, discussed the impacts of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 (PASPA) and how it affects matters involving illegal and problem gamblers as it relates to enforcement.
