Tre Scott, an up-and-coming political operative, has joined Princeton Public Affairs Group (PPAG) as a Public Affairs Analyst. Some of his duties at PPAG include research, drafting policy updates, covering committees and voting sessions, and managing the internship program.

Mr. Scott comes to PPAG from the Office of the Governor where he served as a Briefings Aide to Governor Murphy. Prior to that, Mr. Scott worked as a Constituent Advocate Intern for the Office of the Governor.

Along with his public policy internship at PPAG, Mr. Scott also served as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Andy Kim, a Legislative Office Intern for Assemblywoman Carol Murphy, and a public affairs intern for Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G).

Mr. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Communication Studies at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Ewing, NJ. A member of Pi Sigma Alpha (The National Political Science Honor Society), Mr. Scott made the Dean’s List for all semesters in which he attended TCNJ. He graduated Magna Cum Laude.
