Prior to joining PPAG, Ms. Hill worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, advancing public policy initiatives and government relations efforts. During her time at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), she established and led New Jersey’s first Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) initiative, helping businesses transition to employee ownership while supporting long-term sustainability.
Ms. Hill’s policy interests include health care, labor, and gaming. She serves on the Mercer County Community College Board of Trustees, is a member of the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey, and is Vice Chair of the Mercer County Young Democrats.
