Freddie Hayeck, an up-and-coming political operative, is joining Princeton Public Affairs Group (PPAG) as a Strategic Advisor/Public & Government Affairs Professional. Some of his duties at PPAG will include research, covering committees, voting sessions, and managing the internship program.

Mr. Hayeck has served on a number of local, county, and state campaigns and is himself, an elected official.

In 2020, he was elected to Watchung Borough Council making him the youngest elected Council Member in town history.

In 2018, Mr. Hayeck became the youngest elected official in New Jersey when he won the race to become a Watchung Hills Board of Education School Board Member earning 54% of the vote.

“We’re excited to welcome Freddie to the PPAG team,” says Dale Florio. As an intern for us this past semester, we see real potential in Freddie to help us continue to service clients in the way they expect from PPAG.”

Along with his public policy internship at PPAG, Mr. Hayeck also served as an intern on Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick’s election team and as an intern with the New Jersey Republican Party.

Mr. Hayeck studies Business Administration with a Minor in Political Science at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Ewing, NJ. He graduates this spring with the Class of 2022.

Active in the Watchung Rescue Squad as an EMT, Mr. Hayeck is also a member of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, Knights of Columbus, Somerset County Young Republicans, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity, and is an Eagle Scout.
